Gary Parker
Managing Director
Gary has two decades’ experience of consultancy, training and management development services and has hands-on experience working with the community, public and private sectors. Gary believes the company’s success is because we view ourselves as advisers rather than consultants and have both a social conscience and commitment to deliver high quality services. With responsibilities for the day to day management of the company, Gary provides client support with his specialist knowledge in fundraising, management and organisational development.
Caroline Skelly

Sybil Mayard
Digital Services Consultant
Sybil’s experience spans a diverse range of areas in the digital space. She provides business owners with the digital support they need to succeed, including web design/maintenance, email marketing, social media management, CRM and other related areas. As an adviser on several business support programmes, Sybil provides guidance to small business owners on utilising digital tools effectively to grow their businesses. In 2020, Sybil founded Sybiltec, a web design agency which has since won multiple awards. She is an organiser of Bexley Linkup, a networking group for local businesses, and a Committee Member of TechWomen4Boards. Sybil holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
