Managing Director

Gary has over two decades of experience in consultancy, training, and management development services. He has extensive first-hand involvement working with the community, public, and private sectors.

Gary believes the company’s success stems from the team’s role as supportive advisers rather than consultants, and from having both a social conscience and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

As a strategic leader, Gary is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He provides bespoke client support with his specialist knowledge in fundraising, management and organisational development.

Caroline is an experienced professional manager with accomplishments in administration, information technology, research, and event management.

She is responsible for company-wide client communications and engagement, administration management, webinar management, training and consultancy management.

Caroline’s organised, confident and diplomatic approach means that clients consistently receive dedicated support throughout their journey with us.

Sybil Mayard, MSc
Digital Services Consultant

Sybil's experience spans a diverse range of areas in the digital sector. In 2020, Sybil founded Sybiltec, to support small business owners with the digital services they need to scale and succeed. Her expertise includes web design and development, email marketing, CRM, automation, analytics and cyber security basics.

As an adviser for several business support programmes, Sybil delivers 1-2-1 sessions and webinars on marketing, digital tools and other related fields.

Sybil is also an organiser of Bexley Linkup, a networking group for local entrepreneurs.

Chris specialises in creating compelling proposals to help businesses win new contracts and funding opportunities.

His role involves investigating and analysing the industry context and tender requirements to produce funding options for clients.

Hayley is a creative copywriter and content writer, and the founder of ‘Head and Heart Messaging’.

With thirteen years of professional writing experience, Hayley supports small business owners to improve their digital discoverability, credibility and connection with their target buyers.

Her writing balances strategy and soul for long-term client investment, and her services include: website copywriting, email copywriting, blog writing and LinkedIn content writing.
